Ruby Louise Hammond Pirkle, 87, of Waycross died Thursday afternoon, February 15, 2024, at Memorial Satilla Health after a brief illness. She was born on February 10, 1937 in Forsyth County, GA to the late Lee and Eldie Holtzclaw Hammond.
