Kevin Ring Obituary
He was born March 2, 1965. He was a son of Albert Stuart Ring and Nancy Bedsaul Ring of Lynchburg.
Kevin, as a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church, served his country in the United States Navy, and was employed at Lees Carpet.
He was predeceased by a brother, Joel Ring.
Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Eric Ring of Lynchburg and Jason Ring and his wife Jennifer of Forest; Kevin's fiancée, Barbara McDaniel; two nieces; and four nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Turkey Knob Church in Fries, Va., with inurnment in the family cemetery following the service.
A memorial service will also be conducted at 2 p.m., on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg, Va.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to American Cancer Society.
Tharp Funeral Home and Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.

Albert, Nancy and family, I am sorry about Kevin,somethings that comes our way in this life is truly hard to understand. So sorry we had to miss his service, but I want you all, to know your family were in our thoughts and prayers. God comfort and bless you is my prayer.

Me Kevin grew up together on Training Center Rd in Woodlawn Va .Where in the Boy Scouts together his dad was one of our Scout Leaders Played many a ball game in Olen Robinson field behind our house and fought many a fight as well as Davey Crocket in the fort his dad built Truly hated to here of his passing But He is home now with God and his Angels
