Patsy Marshall Obituary
She was born in Carroll County to the late James Delbert and Cynthia Sparks Cox.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Willie Vivian Marshall.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Farris; and two granddaughters.
A private graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at the Newman Cemetery.
