Joshua Yohe Obituary

Joshua David Yohe, age 35, left this earth on September 17, 2025 after an unexpected battle with leukemia.

He was born May 20, 1990 to David & Wendy (Kuntz) Yohe. They survive.

He was a DuBois Area High School graduate, class of 2009, and a 2013 Penn State graduate with a bachelor's degree in Engineering.

On August 10, 2019 he married his long-time love Courtney (Challingsworth) Yohe, totaling 16 years together.

Josh was the loving father to three children; Miller Joshua, age 3, Baker David, age 2, and Sutton Rae, age 1, whom were his entire world. He is also survived by his sister Meghan Yohe & grandmother Carol Yohe. He is preceded in death by his grandparents William & Gladys Kuntz, paternal grandfather David Yohe, and beloved dog Hank. He worked for GHD as an Environmental Engineer for his entire professional career.

Josh was intelligent, caring, witty, and often sarcastic. He was friendly to all but opened up and shared sides of himself only to those special to him. An avid outdoorsman, Joshua loved fishing, hunting, and building things with his dad. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends, watching sports, barbecuing, photography, and his Berner Howie.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 2 – 4 PM & 6 – 8 PM at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.

A private funeral service will be held.
