Mark Welker Obituary
Born on March 13, 1965 to the late Walter Welker and the late Marian (Evans) Martell.
He is survived by his companion, Susan Newman of Clearfield, PA.
His children: Luke Welker of Steamwood, IL, Amanda Welker of Muskegon, MI and Adam (Marcie) Welker of Moyock, NC.
His grandchildren: Mikayla Welker, Michael Brown, Precious Wyrick, Omillion Wyrick, Alana Welker, Arlen Welker, Abram Welker and great granddaughter; Milania Welker.
His siblings: Matthew (Lois) Welker of Philipsburg, PA, Melody (Roy) English of Winslow, AZ, Monica Sanderbeck (Michael Graham) of West Decatur, PA and Melissa (Jason) Lukens of Wallaceton, PA.
His nieces and nephews: Bill (Wendy) Welker, Scott Welker, Jeremy English, Sara (Randy) Schaller, Curtis (Carissa) English, Mariah (Allan) Shimmel, Damarcus Law, Samantha Ostrofsky and numerous great nieces and nephews.
His driver and family: Adam, Johnene, Brandon, Cahase, McKenzie, Austin, Wyatt, Jocelyn and Ashton Nixon.
Extended family: Kevin, Nichole, Cameron, Cara, Carly and Celah Lehman, Dave, Ashley, Ricki, Evie and Asa Newman.
Mark served his country honorably as a United States Army veteran for four years. He loved spending time with family, friends and his devoted canine, Millie.
Mark's biggest passion was racing and especially building cars under Psycho Industries. He was an owner and a driver. He was so proud of all the people who drove for him. He encouraged new people to get involved to keep the sport going and Mark was always willing to help in any way even if it meant going out of his way to find the part. To him, there was never a bad night of racing as long as you were racing.
His legacy will live on forever in our hearts. Wham BAP BAP!
There will be no public visitation or funeral services held. A celebration of life will be determined and announced by the family at a later date.

I have so many memories with the family as a whole. Mark was an acceptional artist, so funny, and just an all around great guy!! I remember the story of when his mother Marian and my Mom Janette went to NY to pick him up after basics I believe. Love this whole family. Gone too young! Rest in peace my friend and give ole Janette a hug from me!!
