Roberta Baun Obituary
Born on April 15, 1927 in Rossiter, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Ruth (States) Lowmaster.
Roberta had been self-employed as a house cleaner in the DuBois, Brockway and Punxsutawney areas for over 60 years.
She enjoyed her flowers, pets and reading. Roberta arranged and promoted Southern Gospel Music for 28 years throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, British Columbia and Canada.
Roberta is survived by her two sons (Kenneth Baun and his wife Gina of Overbrook, KS and Thomas Baun and his wife Kathy of Rossiter, PA), four grandchildren (Mark Walborn and his wife Marina, Marty Walborn and his wife Jeana, Kurtis Walborn and his wife Linda and Shane Baun and his wife Summer), son in law (Gary Walborn) and daughter in law (Linda Baun), seven great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her good friends (Gary and Dee Dee Krawzyk and Charlene Thompson).
She was preceded in death by one son (John Baun), one daughter (Kay Walborn) , two brothers (Lloyd and Daniel Lowmaster), and one sister (Helen Lowmaster).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 4 – 7 PM at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11 AM from the Brockway Church of God with Pastor David Nagele officiating.
Burial will take place in Union Cemetery in Rossiter, PA.
Memorial donations may be made to Gateway Humane Society, PO Box 678, Falls Creek, PA 15840, and/or the Brockway Church of God, PO Box 181, Brockway, PA 15824.
The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
