Passing On

When folks say Barry has passed away
That's not exactly true
You see he didn't pass away
He was only passing through

He's going to a heavenly home
Away from this world below
He has passed from this evil place
Where there's so much pain and woe

But then again he's passing on
To heavens higher ground
For in his heart King Jesus reigns
And his true love he's found

Barry Bell has just passed over
He is resting there on high
Where there is no more suffering
And no tears will dim his eyes

And yes it's true he's passed beyond
This dark and sinful place
And he sings where angels sing
Of God's amazing grace

I like to think they he has passed beneath
The galaxies and stars
He's able to see for eternity
Loving hands that bear the scars

He's just passed to an opportunity
For praise and worship there
To walk streets of gold with James and John
And never have a care

Don't cry for him for he is healed
From tears and dread disease
He does not hurt at all anymore
He sails on crystal seas

So Kathy please don't worry now
About his state of health
His mansion is so glorious
He has no need for wealth

Just live to go and meet him
Again on that bright shore
So both of you can walk hand in hand
In peace for ever more

Phillipians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

We love you all Harvey & Eva

I had the priviledge of working with Barry at Bi-lo pharmacy. He was such a sweet and funny man, his pharmacy humor still makes me smile to this day. Fond memories. My condolences to the family during this time of loss.
