Cynthia Davis Obituary

LAKE WYLIE, S.C. - Cynthia Kinard Davis, 55, left her place on earth to brighten her place in heaven on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.
She was born in Mecklenburg County on Sept. 15, 1959, the daughter of the late James and Marjorie Bazzell Kinard.
Cindy had the gifts of service and caring for others unselfishly. She was the loving and devoted wife of Larry Davis and mother of Alan. She will be missed by her sisters, Brenda Hoover and Donna McNeely, and brothers, Jimmy, Danny and Bobby Kinard and their spouses. She was an aunt to 16 and a great aunt to seven.
Friends who touched her life in special ways are Allen, Joann and Leland Buzhardt, Joel, Beth and Greyson Gentry, and Reid, Betty and James Black, and many "Lake Wylians."
A private celebration of life will take place at a later date. Tributes in her memory may be sent to St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 701 Seacrest Ave, Belmont, NC 28012.
