I knew Mr. Jacobsen since the early 80's as a student at Gardner-Webb. He always identified himself as the "President" of my fan club. He became one of the most influential people in my life. He was always happy and joyful. As a "Most Talkative" from my Senior high school class, Mr. Jacobsen made me look like the world's best listener. He departed wisdom through love and happiness. Our monthly phone conversations will be missed. Mr. Jacobsen will never be forgotten.
