What a sweet and wonderful lady. Over the past 30plus years, Ms Frances has always treated me with the utmost kindness and love.....so gentle and soft spoken, and always willing to help me in so many ways.
I loved to hear her laugh,as it was so real....Her family, Stanley, and the community has lost a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Family, just be thankful for all the wonderful memories to take you forward. She loved all of you !!!! Thinking of you.
