Glenda Singleton Obituary
Glenda was a native of Gaston County and the daughter of the late William Taft Bryson and Ruby Cabe Bryson.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016, in the Founders Chapel of McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia with the Rev. Dr. Ned Buckner officiating.
Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park.
Survivors include her husband, James Michael Singleton, sons, Michael Taft Singleton (Leighann), James Rodney Singleton (Jamie) grandson, Bryson James Singleton, brothers, Buck Bryson (Claudette), Booty Bryson (Barbara), Gene Bryson, Larry Bryson (Carol) sisters, Linda Neikirk and Brenda Queen (Jimmy), sister-in-law, Gloria Bryson and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Glenda was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Morris and brother, Roy Lee Bryson.
Memorials may be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 2024 Redbud Drive, Gastonia, NC 28056.

My sincere condolences to the Singleton family. I worked many years at Bali/Hanes with Glenda. She was a joy, and heaven just gained a different kind of angel. She was special and always making us laugh.
