Robert Trosper Obituary

GASTONIA - Robert Goebel Trosper Jr. died Nov. 16, 2013, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.

He was born June 7, 1930, in Greensboro, to the late Robert G. Trosper Sr. and Edith Gregg Trosper.

He attended Guilford College and Central Peidmont Community College. He served in the US Army and was a faithful member of
West Ave-nue Presbyterian Church where he had served as a deacon.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mollie Baldwin Trosper, and his sister, Edith W. Trosper of Englewood CO, and his sister-in-law, Mrs. Gregg Trosper of Winston-Salem, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service 2 p.m. Monday at West Avenue Presbyterian Church, with a visitation following the service.
