Rose Reding Obituary
She was residing at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, S.C., following a 20-month battle with severe health issues.
She was 79 years old.
Rose was born Sept. 13, 1933, in Elkview, W. Va., to Thelma Ann Hall and Adam Brooks Cobb.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Charlotte.
The family will receive visitors immediately after the service.
M.L. Ford and Sons Funeral Home, Lake Wylie SC is in charge of the arrangements.

Mommy, a month has passed, and it is not getting any easier. I miss you with every passing day, and I feel very alone. I will talk to you, and Daddy, every day. You were an extraordinary lady, and your voice, your laugh and that beautiful smile I will remember and cherish for the rest of my life. I love you with every thing I have in me.
