My memories of Charlie go way back. Not only that he was my my step father but as a person of trust and a friend. Family was always his first priority then golf. I will miss the long talks and stories on the golf course and in his home. His initials will always be on my golf ball. Your at peace. Semper Fi!

I also worked for Charlie at Ampex. He was tough as nails but the fairest man who was ever my boss.
My condolences to the family.

Charlie and I were stationed together at Empire AFS, MI back in the mid '60s. What a great guy. We had many lively horseshoe matches in the evenings. He will be missed. Another warrior has left us.

Charlie was my supervisor at Ampex. To this day, I have never had a boss that comes close to Charlie Dumpert. He was fair, strong, and stood behind his employees. Though I didn't know him well, I still gauge management by his standards. He was a good man.

Karen,
Charlie will always hold a special place in my heart. He loved nothing more than being with his family, whether on the golf course with you and the boys or at the house being the host. That's how I'll remember him, with that big smile and always a story. Love you always Kellie
