Brian Montgomery Obituary
Westhampton, MA — Brian K. Montgomery, 54, of Westhampton, passed away on Tuesday August 31, 2021, at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Northampton on March 29, 1967, to the late Kent B. Montgomery and to Judith (Larkin) Cernak.
Brian was a graduate of Northampton High School and had worked for several years as a Truck Driver for many local businesses; including F.W. Webb, Willard's, and Cahillane's. He was also a member of the Moose Lodge 614 and always looked forward to his annual trips to Harley Rendezvous with his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Judith (Larkin) Cernak and her husband Wayne, stepmother; Jeanine Montgomery, his grandmother; Eunice Hathaway, his sisters; Heather "Little Sister" Montgomery, Beth Montgomery, and Amanda "Mandy" Montgomery, his Auntie, Martha Montgomery, his nieces; Amber, Leah, and Bailey, nephew; Hadley, his godson; Anderson Southwick, and his beloved dog, Lacey.
The family of Brian would like to thank the Cardiac ICU Nurses at Baystate for the compassion and care that was given to Brian during his courageous battle.
Besides his father, he is predeceased by his grandparents, Jake and Anne Larkin, and Lawrence and Jane Montgomery.
Calling hours will be Thursday, September 9, 2021, from 3-5PM at DROZDAL FUNERAL HOME of Northampton. A memorial service will begin at 5 PM followed by a reception. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Per order of Northampton Board of Health face coverings must be worn.

Brian,
I've looked for you over the years, but even Google couldn't find you.i know that would make you smile. Your infamous smile in the picture above says it all. You always had that smile followed by "What?" I am heartbroken to see you here. So sorry to see you've been called home too soon for those of us left behind. My deepest condolences to the Montgomery family. He was always the life of the party arriving in style back in the day... in the Sebring convertible and with his dog, She was often waiting in the driver's seat for his return. Whom the gods love dies young for reasons we cannot comprehend. RIP Brian until we meet again my dear friend.
