Kimberly Pitrat Obituary
Florence, MA - Kimberly A. (Burridge) Pitrat, 59, of Florence, passed away on Monday April 1, 2024, at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. She was born in Springfield, on August 2, 1964, to the late George E. Burridge, and Donna (Vohar) Burridge of Easthampton.
Kim attended Chicopee High School and studied biology at Holyoke Community College. She loved gardening during the warmer months, working on home projects with her husband, and enjoyed time with her adopted animals. Kim was always creative and learned the art of stained glass, mosaics, and drawing. She was rarely seen without a mug of coffee and her iPad with her latest drawing to share with friends and family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 9 years, William A. Pitrat of Florence, her mother Donna Burridge-Vohar of Easthampton, her sister Kathie Heath of Florence, and her daughters, Jessica Boulanger of Holyoke, and Devon Boulanger of Northampton.
Calling hours will be Sunday, April 7, 2024, from 11 AM – 1 PM at the DROZDAL FUNERAL HOME OF NORTHAMPTON. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Oh Kim, I can´t believe you´re gone, my sweet sister. I know in my heart that Juju is wrapping you up in her big love, grateful to be with you again. The memories have flooded my thoughts since hearing. From hotdog food fights fights in the village and taking us to see (the original) Footloose in Hadley to coloring rainbows and going with you to your college classes... you were the best big sister to Shan and me! I pray for your peace and the knowledge that you are deeply loved... always.
Jess and Devon, I am so very sorry. It´s unthinkable, really. I pray peace surrounds your hearts as they grieve and heal.
