Michael Lucey Obituary
Born Jan. 25, 1961, in Northampton, he was the son of John and Kathryn (Harlow) Lucey. He attended local schools. Mike was an exceptional carpenter who worked for Kevin Netto Construction and then for Al Tardy Painting. Mike was known for his great sense of humor and will be missed by his family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father John Lucey, Sr. Mike leaves his mother Kathryn; brother John J. Lucey, Jr; sister Kathleen Prindle; nephew Devin Lucey; niece Kierstyn Prindle; and great-niece Brianna Lucey.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to all of the great doctors and nurses at the Cooley Dickinson Hospital for the exceptional care and support they gave Mike and his family.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Czelusniak Funeral Home followed by an in house service at 7:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions can be made the new Massachusetts General Cancer Center to be built at Cooley Dickinson Hospital with checks made out to the CDHCC and mailed to the Cooley Dickinson Hospital Development Office, 30 Locust St., P.O. Box 329, Northampton, MA 01061.

I am so sorry for your loss.I have known Mike since I was a little girl, he was good friends with my brother Geno.I remember Mike stopping over our house with his 3 speed bike, pulling wheelies, racing up and down Orchard St.I remember Mike always polite, kinda on the shy side :-).He will be missed..
