Shaun M. Martineau

Shaun Martineau 34, of Port Saint Lucie, FL passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2018. He was born in Northampton, MA on April 28, 1984, to James Martineau & Cynthia (Scagel) Stone.

Shaun grew up in Goshen, MA where his love of the outdoors blossomed. He graduated from Smith Vocational High School in 2002. Shaun had many great experiences in his short life. He was a volunteer fireman and EMT. He worked at several hospitals in different states as an ER tech. He traveled the United States with his friend when he was 20. Ran the Boston marathon after recovering from major back surgery. Enjoyed fishing, camping, running on the beach, hiking in the woods and just being outside Shaun made many friends during his life and he cherished his family. Currently he was working for the City of Port Saint Lucie in the Utilities Department. Besides his parents he leaves his stepfather, Peter Stone, his brothers Matthew Martineau, Peter Stone and Christian Stone, his sisters Rebecca Stone and Elizabeth Stone. His grandmother, Sally Martineau, his niece Ella Martineau and his nephews Zackary Martineau & Michael Henry as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins, step nieces and nephews and many friends. Shaun was a kind, caring, compassionate soul who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bluebonnet Diner (Florentine Room) 324 King St. Northampton, MA on April 27, 2019 at 12pm-5pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
