Jeff Eiseman, 40, died at his home in Olympia, Wash., after an extended illness.
He was born and raised in Corvallis, and attended Crescent Valley High School. Afterward he moved to Colorado, where he graduated from Barnes Business College in 1994, and worked as a computer consultant for IBM. In 2003, he moved to Olympia, where he followed his artistic impulse as he excelled in painting and photography. Additionally, he pursued his interest in guitar and Tai Chi, and directed his keen intelligence toward enhancing his remarkable level of computer skills.
Jeff possessed a kind, sincere heart, and he showed an unwavering loyalty to his friends. While deeply probing his spiritual life, he converted to Catholicism in 2004. On May 5, a funeral Mass for him was celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lacey, Wash.
He is survived by his mother, Donna Moore of Olympia; his father, David Eiseman of Corvallis; his sister, Ruth Eiseman of Gilbert, Ariz.; and his brother, Matt Eiseman of Oakland, Calif.
