August 16, 1944 - August 30, 2025
During his last days, Peter sang Monty Python's "Always Look on The Bright Side of Life," while encouraging others to sing along. He was a dearly loved by his wife, Katie; his children, John Flynn (Maggie Flynn) and Erin Brewer (Kevin Brewer); his grandchildren, Ellie, Duncan, Bridgid, Steven, Mary Olivia, Finn, and Peter. He adored the kids he taught, the animals he rescued, and the many friends he easily made throughout his life. His family is profoundly thankful for the incredible care provided by Albany Senior Living and Brighton Hospice. Please watch a funny movie and have a deep and hearty laugh in Pete's memory. In lieu of sending flowers, buy someone you don't know a cup of coffee.
