Susan Rommelfanger Obituary

Delavan, WI - Susan Rommelfanger, age 77, of Delavan passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Vintage on the Ponds in Delavan. She was born on September 16, 1947 in Milwaukee to Edwin and Dolores (Kiemen) Gamroth. Susan was united in marriage to James Rommelfanger on November 23, 1968 at Mother of Good Counsel in Milwaukee. Jim passed away on March 14, 2023. Susan was a member of the Delavan Lioness Club and was an active member of St. Andrews Catholic Church.

Susan is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Rommelfanger, of Green Bay; three grandchildren, Rebecca (Joe) Logterman, John Corning, and Caitlin Corning; daughter-in-law, Debbie Rommelfanger; and a brother, Thomas Gamroth. Susan is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim; son, Timothy, who passed away February 27, 2016; sister, Janice; and brother-in-law, Roman.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at St. Andrews Catholic Church, 714 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the church. MONROE FUNERAL HOME in Delavan is assisting the family. Please visit us at delavanfuneralhome.com
