Ronald Beltran Obituary

Ronald Edward Beltran, 86 years old was born October 13, 1938 and died December 10, 2024.

He is survived by his lifelong partner Ms. Harriett White; his sons: Randall E. Beltran (Spouse Kyong Hui), Vincent E. Beltran (Spouse Jody) and Martin R. Beltran (Spouse Monica; and his grandchildren: Jade Graue, Ronnie Beltran and Tasha Turner and great grandchild: Tiffany McMahon, Makayla Turner, Mckenzie Turner and Reagan Beltran. He is preceded in death by his father, Valentine C. Beltran, mother, Mercy Beltran and beloved grandparents, Ernesto and Tecla Rodriquez.

Ronald E. Beltran, was a lifelong resident of Santa Clara County and was a graduate of Santa Clara High School (Class of 1958), He worked for Lockheed Missile and Space Defense Company for 34 years as a supervisory senior data analyst and mainframe computer programmer. He also served proudly in the US Army California National Guard from 1959 to 1965 with achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Ron was instrumental in his career endeavors with the rapid development of the computer industry prior to the establishment of "Silicon Valley" along with the transition of Santa Clara County from an agricultural landscape to today's technology capital of the world.

He was a serious car enthusiast who enjoyed his vast collection of fast cars – from Italian Abarth's, Alfa - Romero's and the Muscle Cars of the 1960's and 70's. His most prized possession was his 1988 Cadillac El Dorado which he kept in immaculate condition.

Ron was a true perfectionist who valued hard work and was straightforward with his convictions and honesty. He raised his sons and instilled the same work ethic and responsibility he lived by each and every day. Ron truly loved his family and the highlight of his life was having a cold beverage and watching 49er games. The love of his life was Ms. Harriett White, who was side by side with him for over 40 years, they were best friends and they both lived life to the fullest. Ron was deeply loved by his family and will be terribly missed by everyone but all will rejoice that they knew him and that he lived a long and prosperous life. A celebration of Life to be forthcoming. God bless him…
