Darlene Kathy Rentie passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, in Grand Junction, with her loving family by her side.
She was born May 21, 1969, in Grand Junction, CO.
Darlene had dedicated her life to caring for others, as a CNA. She was well known for her dedicated hard work in everything she did.
Family always came first, she was always there for her family, they meant everything to her..
Darlene leaves her loving sons, Kyler and Jimi, both of Grand Junction, CO; devoted daughters, Cree Rentie and Alyssa Rentie, both of Grand Junction, CO. She especially loved her eight loving grandchildren.
Darlene will be sorely missed by all who knew her, gone but never forgotten.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation Friday, November 5, 2021, from 4 - 8:00 p.m., Celebration of Life Service will be 7:00 p.m., both at the Mesa Mortuary Memorial Chapel, 2935 Patterson Road, corner 29 3/8 Road, Grand Junction, CO. Graveside Funeral Services will be Saturday November 6, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery, 2620 Legacy Way, Grand Junction, CO.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Mesa Mortuary of Grand Junction.

Dear Richard sorry for your loss it seems like yesterday, that I saw Darlene looking beautiful and healthy, I guess that was 11 or twelve years ago, I can't believe she's gone, if you need me buddy call me , Mike

I was a caregiver for Darlene for a short time. I loved going to her home and talking with her and helping her. We would talk about anything and everything. A few time I can remember getting the giggles with her and her lighting up the room with her beautiful smile! She was an incredible lady and I miss her dearly!

Darlene had her boyfriend Richard Rhoades by her side the past few years while she was so sick!! He will truly feel the loss of Darlene, along with all her family and grandbabies! Rest in peace Darlene!!
