Mom,
Christmas and the Year Year have come and gone. I can't tell you how much I missed your phone call telling me Happy New Year. I think of you every day of my life and miss you with all of my heart. I am however, so happy and at peace knowing that you are no longer struggling and I am sure that you are do-si-doing all around. Please always remember what a special mother you were and how I cherish all of the memories-especially all the silly ones, thinking about some of them still make me laugh out loud (remember the paper towels in the grocery store? Playing cards with Traci and I on our way to see Aunt Lou? -- just a couple to jog your memory). Love, hugs and kisses forever Linda

Nana, I miss you so much. I think about you all the time and wish that you were still here. In good health of course. But I know that you are in a better place now and you spent your Christmas with Jesus this year. I will never forget all of the wonderful memories and all of the good times we shared together. I feel so blessed to have had such a wonderful Grandmother. I love you. Love, Traci

As you know, I talk to you sometimes, and ask you to show me a sign if you're listening.
My more profound hope though is that you're not listening, that your energy is already brightening the blues in rainbows, the deepest oceans, or a newborn's eyes. Blue--that was your favorite color. I remember. I remember many things about you.
If you are listening, then maybe you would be so kind as to send a good-looking, centered, single guy my direction. If you really love me, he'll look something like Matt Damon. And, if you haven't lost that sense of humor of yours, well...I'll know that when I see him, won't I?
As I have for years, I'll talk to you on my birthday. This year, I'll remind you about the guy I tried to hook you up with at the gas station during our road trip. And about the time we chased that cockroach around in your kitchen armed with hairspray and a broom. I'll remind you of other funny stories we share, with the hope of hearing that laugh of yours.
Until then, know that I remember. And I see blue, everywhere.
Your loving niece,
Christi

Evelyn: There are so many things that are constant reminders of you. I told Mom that I would make her some fudge but it would not be as good as yours. I miss you so much. Glenda

You know Mom, it is just a few days before Christmas and it just isn't the same without you. There and will forever be a special place in my heart just for you. I miss you mom. Until we see each other again, Ciao
