Immojean Brooke Moss
April 24, 1936 - September 1, 2018
Immojean Mitchell Brooke Moss. age 82, passed away on September 1, 2018, at her home in Vernal, Utah, surrounded by her family.
Immojean was born on April 24, 1936, in Upalco, Utah, to Agnes Marrett and Clyde Mitchell.
Mom was loved by all, she lit up every room she entered. She was so creative and artistic and made everything around her beautiful. Her family, friends and faith were her life, her home was always open to everyone, and she was happiest when surrounded by her loved ones. She was a tremendous influence in everyone's life that she touched. We love and will miss you mom!
Immojean is survived by Traci Sohayda (Mike), Manuel Castaneda del Castillo (Roxana), Terry Brooke (April), Laura Mullins (Odie), Debbie Delfin (Carlos), Lawrence Moss (Colleen), Nancy Neumann (Ken), Darrel Moss (Janna), Lorelei Mabunga (John), 29 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by Chester E. Brooke, and Jake A. Moss; son, Michail Brooke, and daughter, Rhonda Cadez.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 7, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the Vernal 6th Ward LDS Chapel, 850 West 100 North. A viewing will be held Thursday evening, 6 - 8:00 p.m. at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Friday 9:45 -10:45 a.m. at the chapel. A second service will be held Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the Orchard Mesa Ward, 2949 Hwy. 50, Grand Junction Colorado, with a viewing 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
