My dear sister. It has almost been a year that god took you by your hand and said Lela it's time you went with me, I am here to take all your troubles and fears away now don't be scared just come with me. I miss you so very much and there is not a day that I don't think about you. I know that you are ok so that seems to make things a little better for me. Please know how many people think about you & talk about the fun things you used to do. I love & miss you always until we meet again I will do my best. Leslie.

I just have heard of Lela's Passing.
I sign this memorial with a heavy sadden heart. Lela thank you and Ben for all many wonderful yrs you have shared with Jack and I.
You will be missed by many and who you loved and was inspired by your amazing talents and genuine carring for others.

Lela was a great person, she treated everyone like family. I knew her when growing up in GJ. She will be missed with fond memories of the lady she was. You knew when Lela was around there was going to be some great times. Love and Thoughts to all of her family.

I am extremely sorry for your loss. I went to Central with Lela so many years ago, and she was always friendly and pleasant. Lela constantly put others before herself. I know our class will honor her in a special way at our next reunion. May The Lord be close with comfort and strength.

Ben and family, I am so sorry and shocked to hear about Lela. I remember reading meters with her years ago. She always made it alot of fun. Every time she came in the office she always had that big smile. So sorry for your loss.
