Tom Landini Obituary
March 19, 1956 - April 1, 2016
Tom Landini passed away unexpectedly at his home April 1, 2016. He was born and lived his entire life in Fruita, CO.
Tom was born March 19, 1956, to Carl and Joyce Beede Landini. He graduated from Fruita Monument High School in 1974, and began farming full time on the family dairy farm his grandfather, Pete Landini, homesteaded in the 1920's. On January 7, 1977, Tom married the love of his life, Mariann Buniger. Together they raised their two sons and enjoyed following them all over in their school sports and 4-H activities.
Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce. He is survived by his father, Carl; his wife of 39 years, Mariann; sons, Joseph (Jen) and Jason (China) Landin; the lights of his life granddaughters, Tatum and Kailee, and grandson, Kasen; sisters, Carla (Steve) Pitts of Lyman, Nebraska; Lori Ann (Denny) Midgley of Salt Lake City, Utah; brother-in-law, Bill (Sue) Buniger of Loma, CO; nephews, Mario (Christy) Pitts, and Dustin (Peggy) Lowe, and nieces, Stepheni Pitts and Amber (James) Sharman. Tom had many cousins and close friends he considered his family and everyone will miss him immensely.
In memory of Toms life, memorial contributions can be made to Lower Valley Fire Department 168 N. Mesa St. Fruita, CO 81521.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Tom's passing. Tom, Maryann, and the boys were cherished neighbors during our time in the Fruita area. I am especially greatful for Tom's service on the FMHS Ag Ed Advisory Committee.
