With a smile on his face, a gentle word in your ear, and a very sound piece of advice is how I will remember Joe. We worked together for 21 years, and stayed in touch for 10 years afterwards. He was a kind and loving man. He is gone, but never forgotten.

One of the most lovable, gregarious, charming co-worker I had the privilege to work with. When I think of Joe I hear his laughter, always one to have a smile on his face. His soul is free to be with God. Love you Joe.

I was fortunate to have worked with Joe at the CRA/LA. He was never freaked by the weirdness of pressure. He was true to our AFSCME units. He will be missed.

Christine and Family,
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. May your faith and hope in the scriptures, Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld. (Hebrews 11:1) Your family and friends are in my prayers.
