Barb was born June 14, 1931 in Sheffield, Iowa to Carl and Charlotte (Davison) Freudenberg. She was the oldest of three siblings. On September 26, 1951 she was united in marriage to the late John Repp in the Methodist Church in Mason City, the two were married for 63 years. Barb served as a secretary for the Mason City Community School System for over 30 years and was very proud of her position and the work that she did. After her retirement Barb's inner secretary could be seen by her family if she ever saw a sign or a paper that was missing punctuation.
Barb very much enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She had a close group of friends that she would attend lunch, coffee and celebrate birthdays together. She was a very proud grandmother and great grandmother always enjoying her families company. One of Barb's fondest memories was having her grandsons over and watching them play baseball in the back yard with their grandfather.
Barb is survived by her son Mark (Patricia) Repp, daughter Carla (John) Kohler; sister Judy (Lee) Lloyd; sister-in law Marlene Freudenberg; grandchildren Nathan, Brandon, Adam, Kyle, Joel and 7 great grandchildren and 1 due in October.
