William "Bill" John Moffett, 63, of Clear Lake died Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at his home.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 First Ave. North, Clear Lake, Iowa 50428.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 First Ave. North, Clear Lake, Iowa with Pastor Will Hunsaker officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family in Bill's memory. View online at www.colonialchapels.com.

I'm truly sorry to realize this. Bill was a good heart, he is honorable and believed in doing right, standing up for those less fortunate.
We hung out together in the 6th grade, played football, collected and traded comic books, an I still have them.
I pray that I will see him again as we will live in the house of the lord, for ever and ever
