WE have a Nordic tug 26 called Gammel Dansk. we called Greg, the YODA OF NORDIC TUCS. HE HELPED US PREPARE THE BOAT and offered encouragement when we dicided to do the GREAT LOOP. GREG HELPED us move the TUG to North Harbor Diesel in Anacortes from our slip L 9 in Cap Sante Marina. we thought he was helpful guiding the GAMMEL DANSK to the dock to be hauled out and prepared for shipping to the Mississippi River in MINNESOTA. RHIS IS A VIDEO CLIP OF GREG PILOTING THE BOAT TO MAKE SURE WE WOULD NOT CHANGE OUR MIND. Click on the link. https://danmarygammeldansk.blogspot.com/2018_09_04_archive.html. What a great guy! Greg was always good for a story and some Chinese food. I used to call on Greg for business purposes, but that quickly grew into a friendship. The boating community and everyone who knew Greg will miss the kind and wonderful man and friend he was to all of us.
