The best part of growing up Croatian, was community. We were one giant family of families.
I will forever miss Nicky's gravelly voice saying, "hey cousin!", followed by a big smile, a warm hug and often a smart remark followed by that great laugh. He could work a crowded room and make everyone he stopped to chat with feel like they were the only one in the room.
Nick, Maureen, Brian, Johnny, Colleen, Myles, Emme, and the extended family, I send my love and condolences.
Julie, you changed Nicky's life. He simply glowed with happiness! Though time was short, the love and memories you made with him were beautiful.
Nicky, you leave a legacy of love, laughter, and a life fully lived.
Peace be with you.
