Doris Plott Obituary
Doris Gayle Doige Harville Plott, passed away at her residence in Ringgold, Va., on Monday, July 23, 2018. She had been in declining health for two years. Doris was born on December 16, 1945, in Alabama, to Hazel Swafford Doige Bagwell and Russell Franklin Doige Sr. Doris worked in Dan River Mills for 38 years. She is survived by one son, Randy Harville; three brothers, Lonnie, Roger, and Charles Doige; a friend, Leon Campbell; and her little Annabell. She was predeceased by two sisters, Ann Dalton and Louise Procter; and two brothers, Russell Doige and Edward Doige. As to her wishes, there will be no services. Her ashes will be spread at Gaston Lake by a very special and loving young lady. Norris Funeral Services, Inc. & Crematory, Mt.
