PITTSVILLEIsabelle Osborne Tuck, age 84, of Pittsville, diedonSunday, October 30, 2016, at her residence.Born on October 17, 1932, in Pittsylvania County, she was a daughter of the late Alfred Gilmer Osborne and Mollie Kate Dalton Osborne. She was also predeceased by her husband, Everett Lindbergh "Lindy" Tuck; a son, Dean Tuck; a son-in-law, Bill Bartley; eight brothers, Charlie Osborne, Joel Osborne, Haywood Osborne, Bobby Osborne, Bernard Osborne, James "Pops" Osborne, Roncie Osborne, and David Osborne; and a sister, Mary Paschal. Mrs. Tuck was a member of Round Pond Baptist Church and was a co-owner and operator of Lindy's TV and appliance. Mrs. Tuck enjoyed talking on the phone, looking at her pictures, listening to gospel music and visiting with family and friendsShe is survived by a daughter, Debra Scott and husband, Elliott of Penhook; one brother, Curtis Osborne of Chatham; one sister, Clair Crider of Richmond; a grandson, Glen Bartley and wife, Cammi of Pittsville; a step-grandson, Jeff Scott and wife, Heather of Rocky Mount; three great-grandchildren, Camora Bartley, Zander Bartley, and Enzo Bartley; and one step-great-grandson, Nate Scott.A special thank you to her care givers, Carol, Jennifer, Diamond, Brooke and a special niece, Kathy Barbour.Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Pastor Phillip Woods. Burial will followat Gretna Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 7until 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
