I am sorry for the death of Joe, I frist met Joe when he came to Baltimore for a visit, must of been over 30 years ago. I still remember the 63 black Ford he was driving. I'm also a Danville man myself and worked with Joe for a short while in Danville in the late seventies. He was a true freind of the family and will be missed. May our prayers be with you during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
The Carter family.
