Kathleen Pruitt Obituary
PROVIDENCE Kathleen Nance Pruitt, 85 of 2412 Parks Springs Road, died peacefully on Sunday morning, December 17, 2017, at Hospice of Rockingham County. She was born in Henry County, Va. daughter of the late Clarence Nance and Lottie Kathleen Couder Nance. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Pruitt; and her son, Robert "Pete" Pruitt. Mrs. Pruitt was retired from Durham Hosiery Mill. Surviving are her son Steve Pruitt; two sisters, Irene Bray and Carol Wray; four grandchildren, Mallory Searce, Laura Seidell, Shelly Switick, and Mason Pruitt; and one great-grandchild, William Switick. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Harrelson Funeral Service Chapel.
