Michael Hackler Obituary
April 19, 1960 - May 6, 2021
Mr. Michael Thomas Hackler, age 61, of Milton, N.C., passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 unexpectedly.
He was born on April 19, 1960, in Danville, Va., to the late Roger Lee Hackler and Florence Hackler.
Before his retirement, Mr. Hackler worked for the North Carolina Department of Corrections. He loved fishing, his dogs, and the Miami Dolphins.
He is survived by his brother, the Rev. Mark Hackler and his wife, Cheryl; sister, Lorie Rhodes and her husband, Jerry; nephew, Matt Hackler and his wife, Lynn; many cousins in the mountains; and many aunts and uncles in the Danville area.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Schoolfield Cemetery with Rev. Mark Hackler officiating.
