I
am the daughter of Everette Keller and my Grandma was like no other.
While gowing up, she lived with us and taught me so many things. She
gave us much love and was proud of us no matter the situation. I
remember taking Home Economics in school and had to sew a skirt. After
making this skirt, I was afraid to wear it feeling like it would fall
apart but Granny was so proud of me. I have so many fond memories of
her as we all do and glad to know she is with our Lord and Savior and
looking forward to seeing her again. I am proud that I had a Grandma
like her. I will miss her deeply and her memories will always be with
me.

Susan and I, as well as Ricky, Caroline and Kathleen extend our deepest sympathies to the entire Keller family. Aunt Opal was a special person and all of us were blessed to have known her for all of these years. I have many fond memories of her, including her visits to the Philadelphia area, and a legendary trip in a car with Uncle Goober and my parents to see some sights in the mountains in 1987. She will be missed by all, but on the other hand, we all know that she is in a better place. We rejoice in that knowledge.

My dear Cousins, Everette, Jack, Beecher, Beth and Aileen,
"Blessed in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His holy ones"
Our great grandfather, David Reuben Phillip Dellinger was a great
man of faith, virtue and miracles in his day and a man counted upon by all of those around him, our grandmother, his daughter Mae Belle Dellinger Young was also a great prayer warrior and the Mother of fourteen. I have always felt that the heir of these two saints was your mother, dear Aunt Opal. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ and she warred by her prayer against the powers of darkness and her spirit was full of the Spirit of the Lord. All of this shows in the way that people think of her and speak about her. May her memory be eternal and may she teach us how to be faithful to the Lord and carry our own crosses in this life that we may be with her and all of our sainted loved ones in eternal life radiant with joy.May the Holy Spirit assuage your sorrow and whet your appetite for heaven.
+Father Constantine,
your loving cousin, Chuck Bell

I have many memories of my Granny through the twenty-three years I was blessed to have her in my life. I have never met a person yet that had faith in the Lord like she did. I just wish my two and half year old son, Christopher, could have known her and got to hear the stories she always had to tell. I am so thankful he did get to know her and he loves her very much. Thank you Granny for your wisdom and love you gave us while you were here but you are our angel now watching us from above. We miss you and we'll be seeing you one day.

Aileen,
My heart goes out to you and your family as I am well aware of the emptiness you feel with the loss of your mother. Knowing she is as we speak looking upon the face of Jesus is a comfort and a joy . God bless you .

Words will never be found to describe the kind of person grandma was. She gave so much of herself and asked for nothing in return. I have so many memories of growing up with her as my grandmother. There will never be anyone as genuine as her. Now she is with her Lord and Savior and I know everyone with her is enjoying her as much as I, or I should say, everyone did. I will miss her and love her very much. And I thank her for teaching me so much. I love you, grandma. Love, Cindy Keller Ayers

To the family of Opal Keller,
She was a wonderful loving person and I was so lucky to have known her as she used to baby sit my daughters when we lived in Mt.Hill but across the N.C. line. My daughters are in their late 30's now but they dearly loved her and was so good to them.
Melissa lives not far from her home as I was there 2 weeks ago,I asked my daughters do you remember her? Amy lives in Hickory.N.C. Yes! As a kid I too used to go to the same church in the early 60's. But it was in the 70's when I met her. God has her now and the Angels are singing with her...God Bless You All..At that time when we knew her I was a Barber but now their dad has passed away too.
