Bishop Robert L. Tapper, 96, of Richmond, Virginia, passed into eternity on Friday, February 17, 2017. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., Richmond, VA 23222. After 10 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2017,his remains will rest in Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries, 2501 Mt. Gilead Blvd., Richmond, VA 23235, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Online guest book at www.scottsfuneralhome.com.
