Mary F. Pieszchalski

Mary F. Pieszchalsk, age 92, of Granite City, died at 4:03 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2008, at Maryville Manor in Maryville. She was born on March 6, 1915, in Granite City, the daughter of the late George and Mary B. Luzenske Pieszchalski. She is survived by four cousins: Dorothy Kromraj, Karen Segar, Janet Segar, and Gerry Settlemoir, all of Granite City; other relatives and friends. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister: Agnes Pieszchalski. She was a bookkeeper at Prairie Farms for 30 years, until she retired in 1982. Her memberships include Holy Family Catholic Church. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Granite City, with Father Jeff Long officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Edwardsville. Memorials may be made to masses. Thomas Saksa Funeral Home in Granite City is in charge of arrangements.
