Adrian Hernandez Obituary

Adrian Marcus Hernandez

San Angelo

Adrian Marcus Hernandez, 28 of San Angelo, passed away Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21 at the funeral home. A celebration of his life will be 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 22 at the Johnson Street Church of Christ, with Tommy King officiating. Services are with Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Adrian was born to Fred and Angela (Ramirez) Hernandez on August 26, 1987 in San Angelo. He graduated from Central High School in 2005. Adrian later graduated from Howard College and was attending ASU working towards a degree in physics. He always spoke about his lab work and research in inorganic chemistry. His professor, Dr. Zehnder, who he studied under, was a big influence on Adrian's studies and research. Adrian cared about his classmates, always having fun with them, and was very excited about being able to help his class.

Adrian was a kind, loving, easy going special young man. He enjoyed his music, his guitar and writing. Adrian enjoyed spending time with his special cousin Bryan Gonzales and talking to his cousin Stephanie H. Mediano. Adrian never met a stranger that he couldn't talk to, it didn't matter who that person was. He loved to make people smile. Adrian worked at Concho Collision for 10 years alongside his father and brother. Adrian was loved by his brother, Adam, who he lived with for the last seven months. They both really enjoyed their drive together to Colorado Springs, Colorado this last Christmas.

At the age of eight, he started to learn Taekwondo with Master Randy Carvin earning his 1st degree black belt at age 12 and 2nd degree black belt at age 15.

There is so much to share about our son, that our hearts beat faster with every word. He will be missed by all who knew him. We will always remember his big smile, his laugh, and his kindness. The Lord blessed all of us with being able to spend time with him.

Adrian is survived by parents Fred and Angela Hernandez, brother Adam Hernandez, all of San Angelo, God parents Daniel Ramirez, Viola Ramirez and Noel Moya Sr., special friends Griffin Chodacki, Andrew Costello and Aaron Nitsch, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

God bless you son, we love you. Mom, dad, and brother.
