ANDREW HATCH Obituary

SAN ANGELO - Andrew Lee Hatch, age 21, formerly of San Angelo, passed away Monday night, Nov. 3, 2008, in Houston. Family visitation will be Friday evening, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Nov. 7, in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel in San Angelo with Bishop Michael D. Pfeifer, OMI officiating. Andrew was born in Dumas, Texas, on June 20, 1987, and attended school there until his freshman year, and finished high school in Grape Creek, Texas, and Houston. He was currently enrolled at Houston Community College, and was working part time as a stone mason. He loved all things ?skateboard" and wanted to have a career someday in journalism. He had a few bumps and bruises from his life experiences, but had finally started to get a few things about life figured out, when his life ended so abruptly. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joe Richards. Andrew is survived by his family and friends: Mom and Dad, Brian and Lisa Hatch; two brothers, Freddie Hatch and Lorenzo Hatch, all of San Angelo, grandparents, Maxine Richards of Borger, Texas, and Robert and Shirley Hatch, of Houston; aunts and uncles, Joe and Kathy Reed and Danny and Cari Richards of Borger, Staci and Darren Carpenter of Waxahachie, Stephanie and Dell Riggs of Katy and Jami and Brook Romine of Independence, Mo.; cousins; and his special friends, Kyle, Tammy, and Marlene of Houston; along with numerous friends and relatives from the San Angelo and Dumas area. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your favorite charity, especially those that lend a hand to those who need a little "help getting up." Family and friends may sign an on line memorial at mem.com
