EMMY SUE ROCHA

MULVANE, Kan. - Emmy Sue Rocha went to be with Jesus on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006. She was 14 years old and a freshman at Mulvane High School. She was born April 12, 1992, in San Angelo, Texas. Although she was only here for a short time, Emmy Sue made an impact on this world that one could only hope to make in a hundred years. She always chose to see the positive in people and in every situation. She was the manager of the MHS football team. She was an honor-roll student, the president of the MMS student council, a member of RAD and the Mulvane choir her seventh, eighth and ninth grade years. She will be missed by all who knew her. Her easy-going attitude, kindness and gentle spirit will be remembered by all. She is survived by her parents, Bonnie and Floyd "Gene" Parks; sisters Keely, Keera and Haley Parks; grandparents Dave and Sue Carlisle of San Angelo and Wayne and Johnna Parks; many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends that she made while living in Mulvane - too many to mention. A memorial fund has been established with Emmy Sue Memorial Fund, c/o Mulvane State Bank, 122 W. Main St., Mulvane, KS 67110.

emmy sue was my sisters best friend and she was so nice and beautiful. she didnt even have a chance to go to prome. she was the manager of the football team and they had hearts on their helments for her. her boyfriend miss her so much and wishes to see her again. everyone miss her. emmy sue everyone miss you and loves you.
