My condolences to his family, many close friends and coworkers. Frank was definitely one of a kind. Always had a smile and took the time to shake your hand, and ask you how your day was going. Never heard him say a coarse word about anybody or anything. Frank had nothing but positive and upbeat comments for those around him. This world will be a lot less colorful without Frank. He will be missed!
