PATRICIA HELFER Obituary
In memory of Patricia Lee Helfer, loving wife, mom, memaw, sister, aunt and friend. Mom, I hope there were plenty of angels to greet you when you arrived in heaven. I hope God prepared a room big enough to house your glass figurines, teapots, and salt and peppershakers. I also hope heaven has a great computer support department to help you load your mahjong games and burn CDs. I'm sorry that I couldn't be there personally to help you out, but I am still needed here. As for the rest of my family, we will never be the same, and that's a shame. You are missed, very, very, very, much. We will always remember you - Alvin, Jodie, Mary and Sarah. Mom, I know when you arrived at the pearly gates God told you to "turn rightch there." Your voice will forever be recorded in my head and your love will forever flow throughout my body. You are my mom, my mentor, my friend. I love you very much - Sand Flea Memaw, you were a great math teacher, and I thank you for believing in me. I will forgive, love and be happy, but my feet still hurt. I love you - Wendi Memaw, thank you for putting a roof over my head for seven years, and for always being there for me. I am going to do good in school, and become a pediatric physical therapist for you. I love you and I will achieve my goals and make you proud.
