Wesley Scott Satterwhite

Wesley Scott Satterwhite passed away peacefully at his home on January 8, 2021. Wesley Satterwhite also known as "Honey Boy" by his beloved family was born on December 19, 1959 to Clay T. and Faye Jaurea Satterwhite in Mason, Texas. Wesley "Wes" is survived by his wife Carmen Satterwhite better known to him as "Momma." Three brothers Michael Satterwhite of San Angelo, Robert Satterwhite and wife Annette of Houston, David Satterwhite and wife Kelly of Leakey, sisters Rebecca Satterwhite Martin of San Angelo and Debra Satterwhite Roach and husband James of San Angelo. He also leaves behind numerous nephews/ nieces and great nephews/nieces that loved him dearly. Also, an incredibly special sister-in-law Anna Satterwhite of San Angelo. Stepchildren Jesica and husband Logan Gaitan, Tasha and husband Rudy Zavala, Hermelinda and husband Andrew Morales, Carmen and husband Jerry Charles. Numerous grand kids and great grand kids who loved him dearly and referred to him as "Papa Wes." He is preceded in death by his father Clay T. and mother Faye Jaurea Satterwhite, and older brother Phillip Satterwhite and brother-in-law Bill Martin.

Wes was like a gentle giant. He loved his dogs, especially his dog Tuco, whom he is finally reunited with in heaven and reliving a favorite past-time of Wes relaxing in his favorite recliner enjoying a cigar as Tuco cuddles up in his lap. Wes was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. Wesley's circle of earth family will miss him deeply, but look forward to the time they join him, and his older brother Phillip to complete the family circle in heaven. Their gentle giant of a man and brother has gone to heaven.

Visitation honoring Wesley's life are scheduled for Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 from 6-8 pm at Johnson's Funeral Home in San Angelo. Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 13th at 2 pm followed by a funeral procession to Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
