Terry Neal " Wooldridge April 14, 1937 - August 12, 2023 Terry Neal "TN" Wooldridge, 86, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2023 in Graham, Texas. Burial will be held Tuesday August 15, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at Newcastle Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 15th at 6:00 p.m. at High Ridge Church in Graham, Texas.

Terry Neal was born April 14th 1937 in Profitt, Texas to Clay Joe "Lefty" and Treva (Terry) Wooldridge. He married Glenda Simpson on March 7th 1959 in Graham Texas. After graduating from Newcastle High School, Terry Neal served 4 years in the US Navy. Upon returning from his service in the US Navy he worked driving a truck for Coca Cola, followed by a 32-year career at the Texas Electric power plant. After retirement he worked several years within the Newcastle ISD as a class room substitute, cafeteria cook/helper, driving a school bus or anywhere he was needed.

Terry Neal had a passion for the city of Newcastle, the Newcastle Bobcats and any and all sports and activities within the school and was honored with a Citizen of the Year award and multiple Fan of the Year recognitions. He also served on various boards within the city including President of the City Council, the Housing District, Volunteer Fire Department. Friday night Lights were especially a favorite where he could be found running a chain down the football field or in the press box keeping score.

Terry was loved by all who met him and will always be remembered by his sweet and kind heart. He was a mentor and leader to many a child, including his own.

Terry is survived by daughters Julie Rainwater and husband John of Graham, Texas, Lisa Little and husband Jack of Graham, Texas, Bubba Wooldridge and wife Robbin of Newcastle, Texas, Grandchildren John Ryan Gibbs, Tyler Rainwater, John Rainwater Jr., Sam Wooldridge, Jack Wooldridge and wife Abby, Hagen Little, Hannah Little Glunz and husband Eric, ten Great-grandchildren, Sisters Donna McClintok and Christy Weeks.

He was preceded in death by his wife Glenda of 60 years, parents, siblings Clay jo, Louise, Emma Dean, Celia and Great grandson Trenten.
