Yvonne Johnson Obituary
She was a native of Pierce County, Ga., and the daughter of the late John and Lottie Combs Guest.
Yvonne was the oldest of eight children and in addition to her parents, was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Johnson; her daughter, Joyce Johnson; two brothers; and five sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Evans (Dick) of Robbinsville, N.C.; son, John Edward Smith of Jacksonville, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, at the Townson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. James Millsaps will officiate.
Burial will follow the service at Jenkins Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m., Monday at the chapel, prior to the service.
Townson-Smith Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Johnson family.
