I was shocked by this news, saddened, and would like to send condolences to Norma's family and all who knew her. Norma will be remembered for her contagious laugh, great sense of humor, and most of all the thoughtful acts of kindness she showed others. She will be remembered by me as a great lady who made the work place a positive place and helped to take the edge of our 40 hr. work week. Rest in peace dear lady.
