Duane Compton Obituary
A celebration of his life is 2 p.m. Monday at Kirkwood Funeral Home in Malta, with burial in Malta Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Little White Church in Malta after the burial.
Survivors include daughters Marie LaDuke of Richmond, Va., and Kerry Faaborg of Malta; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce, in 1990.

Dear family, My thoughts are with each of you. A big loss to all of you and all of Phillips County. He always knew me when I came home for a visit with a big hug and " You are Cathy, you look just like your Mom!" (Delmar and Bette's daughter)
